The Executive LL.M. Regulation and Compliance is a one-year programme, running from September to July. The academic calendar is structured into two semesters – one focused on Regulation and the other one on Compliance. To meet the LL.M. degree requirements, students must complete a total of 60 ECTS.

The programme is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices. The curriculum is divided into two types of courses:

  • Core Courses, covering essential topics such as regulation theory, compliance strategies, and risk management. The total working hours per week for Core Courses is estimated at 12h (including 4h of live sessions).
     
  • Elective Courses, allowing you to tailor your learning experience to your specific interests and career goals. The total working hours per week for Elective Courses is estimated at 8h (including 2h of live sessions).
