'The Case' is a podcast series developed in partnership with EU Law Live. Each episode of the podcast will feature prominent voices in the field discussing recent pivotal decisions handed down by the Court of Justice. 

The podcast series will be curated by two renowned scholars in the field of EU Law: Miguel Poiares Maduro, Dean at Católica Global School of Law, and Daniel Sarmiento, from EU Law Live. Together, they will ensure the episodes cover topics that are both timely and relevant to scholars, practitioners, and students of EU law.
