We are pleased to invite you to the inaugural lecture marking the appointment of Wim Maas as Professor of International Patent Litigation, to be held on 21 May at 4:00 PM.
 

In his lecture, Professor Maas will reflect on whether and to what extent the Unified Patent Court has fulfilled its promise, how the Court has developed in practice, and what future potential lies ahead for UPC litigation.

The lecture will take place in Room Brasil at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon Campus.
