Design Thinking for Lawyers

2 ECTs / 12h / English

As Tim Browin says, Design Thinking aims at  “translating observations into insights and insights into products and services that will improve lives”. In the past decade it emerged as a great approach to solve human centered complex problems, fostering collaboration and innovation.

The course will apply Design Thinking to the legal profession, adopting an experiencial approach in which students are invited to apply the toolset to real legal challenges.
