The sixth edition of the Digital Constitutionalism Academy will be held in Florence, Italy, on 9–10 April 2026, at Villa Ruspoli, Piazza Indipendenza 9.

Since its foundation, the Academy has fostered collaboration and provided a platform for scholars interested in analyzing the legal challenges arising from the use of digital technologies. The 2026 edition will focus on the interplay between digital regulation and governance, examining how public law and private law shape the evolving digital landscape.

The programme will take place over two days:

  • Day 1 – Conference
    The first day will feature a conference dedicated to the evolving dynamics of digital regulation, with specific emphasis on the role of public and private regulatory actors.
     
  • Day 2 – Training School
    The second day will host the Training School, consisting of interactive sessions led by distinguished scholars and practitioners.
