Tito Rendas is an Invited Assistant Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he obtained his Ph.D, and Head of Intellectual Property practice at CCA Law Firm. He is co-coordinator of Católica's LL.M. Law in a Digital Economy and Visiting Professor at Freie Universität Berlin. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, an LL.M. from Católica Global School of Law, and a law degree from Católica | Lisbon School of Law. He has been an agent for the Portuguese Republic before the Court of Justice of the European Union in various preliminary reference procedures on intellectual property issues. He has spoken at conferences at the European Parliament, Yale Law School, and Tel Aviv University, among other institutions. He has had his research published in journals like the International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law, the European Intellectual Property Review, and the Journal of Internet Law.
