The Executive Program in Advanced Patent Litigation and UPC is divided into 7 modules and 12 online classes, blending theoretical knowledge with practical application. Each module will include lectures, case studies, interactive debates, and assessments.
The start date of the Executive Program will be in January 2027 and the final mock trial week will be in June 2027.
