Rita Trabulo is the Managing Associate of CCA Law Firm’s Startinnovation Team. She began working for the firm in 2005. Her professional and academic experience is essential in the follow-up of M&A projects, corporate restructuring and she provides legal advice on corporate and tax law, on a business and international approach. She mainly works with SMEs and Startups, following the entire project life cycle, namely investment and divestment.
