
The Law of the European Union's Team will host an Open Class on April 2nd on the topic "The EU Constitution in Time of War - Legal Responses to Russia's Aggression Against Ukraine".
The event will feature a keynote speech by Federico Fabbrini, Full Professor of European Law at Dublin City University (DCU) and author of the book from which this session takes its title, recently published by Oxford University Press.
This Open Class aims to encourage reflection on the impact of the war in Ukraine within the legal and institutional framework of the European Union.
