Miguel Mota Delgado is a Ph.D. Researcher at the European University Institute (EUI) where he writes about EU law. He holds an LL.M. in Comparative, European and International Laws from the EUI, a LL.M. in European Law from the College of Europe, Bruges, and a Licenciatura in Law from Universidade de Lisboa. Miguel is also a Managing Editor at the European Journal of Legal Studies and was a Coordinator of the EU Law Working Group of the EUI. He taught courses and seminars at the EUI and at Universidade de Lisboa, and worked with Advocate General Michal Bobek at the Court of Justice of the European Union. Miguel is an Assistant Integrated Researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre and is admitted to the practice of law in Portugal since 2021.
