Marta Vicente (ORCID ID 0000-0001-7454-2732) has a Law degree from the Coimbra Faculty of Law (2009), a master’s degree in Administrative law (2011) and a Ph.D in Public law from the same institution (2021). Between 2012 and 2015, she worked as a law clerk of the Portuguese Constitutional Court Judge's Office. Between 2020 and 2022, she was a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Portuguese Football Federation. She is currently a tax law arbitrator and an Assistant Professor at Porto Law School of Universidade Católica Portuguesa. She is the CELIS (Common European Law on Investment Screening) Institute Assistant Country Reporter for Portugal. Her main fields of research are Constitutional law, International Investment Law and International arbitration.
