The Closing Lecture for the Academic Year 2024/2025 will be delivered by Ivana Jelić, Vice-President of the European Court of Human Rights. She will address the timely and pressing topic of "Safeguarding the Rule of Law in an Era of Democratic Backsliding: A View from Strasbourg".

The lecture will take place on June 6 at 3 PM at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Lisbon, and will be moderated by Miguel Poiares Maduro, Dean of Católica Global School of Law.
