Bio

Dr. Angelo Jr Golia is Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Trento School of Law. Until 2022, he was Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Public Comparative Law and International Law of Heidelberg (Germany). His Ph.D. (University of Naples II) and subsequent monograph dealt with the responsibility of transnational enterprises from the perspective of legal pluralism. His main research interests concern the legal infrastructure of global governance and the role of collective actors within it; digital constitutionalism; the relationship between legal and social theory; the interaction between international and national legal systems; legal pluralism; and the judicialization of political processes. In his research stay, Angelo will also be involved in the teaching activities of the course Introduction to Global Law.
