Amir N. Licht is Full Professor at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), where he also served as Dean of the Law School. He earned his LL.M. and S.J.D. from Harvard Law School and undergraduate degrees in law and economics from the Tel Aviv University. Licht’s research deals with fiduciary law, comparative corporate governance, psychological dimensions of corporate governance, and international securities regulation. It was published in leading journals in law, finance, and management. He has served as an independent advisor to the Israeli Securities Authority and the Ministry of Justice on various issues relating to his academic work.
