Católica Global School of Law (CGSL) is proud to announce the arrival of the most diverse LL.M. cohort in the school’s history. As the new academic year begins, we welcome students from an astonishing 30 different nationalities, reflecting a rich tapestry of cultures and legal perspectives.

With each passing year, Católica attracts talented and passionate students from all corners of the globe. This year's cohort exemplifies that commitment to inclusion: from Germany to Malaysia, Chile to Kenya, students have come together to embark on a transformative educational experience in Lisbon. Dean Miguel Poiares Maduro expressed his enthusiasm for the incoming cohort, highlighting their diversity and calling their attention to the importance of striking a healthy balance between their academic activities and leisure time.

The Orientation Days, which commenced yesterday, serve as the perfect platform for students to get acquainted with their peers and the academic environment at Católica. During these initial days, LL.M. students will participate in a wide range of activities designed to help them integrate into the community and acclimate to their new surroundings, including information sessions on academic expectations, introductions to various legal research resources, as well as cultural and social events.
