Prof. Tito Rendas was awarded with the 2020 Professor Doutor José de Oliveira Ascensão Prize, for the best work in the field of Intellectual Property.

The award was given following his Ph.D. dissertation  - Exceptions in EU Copyright Law: In Search of a Balance Between Flexibility and Legal Certainty - , which was recently published by Wolters Kluwer.
