Católica Global School of Law proudly announces that Professor Giovanni De Gregorio, Vice Dean of CGSL, has been appointed Vice-Chair in the European Commission’s multistakeholder process to develop the European Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content.

The initiative aims to help providers and deployers of generative AI systems comply with the transparency obligations set out in Article 50 of the AI Act. Professor De Gregorio joins leading experts and the European Commission in shaping this new framework for transparent AI.
