Following the European Commission's announcement on the launch of a public consultation on the 'fair share' proposal, Católica Global School of Law is organizing a debate on the topic with academics, industry representatives, and other stakeholders. At the heart of this debate is the question of whether the biggest technological companies should be required to contribute to the cost of the telecoms infrastructure.
