In this course, students will explore the practical application of law through engaging conversations with guest speakers representing diverse sectors of the legal profession and beyond. The course aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of how law operates in real-world scenarios. In the past, sessions have focused on topics as diverse as lobbying, strategic litigation, and the crossroads of law and psychology.
As part of the course, students will craft reaction papers, reflecting on the key insights garnered from different sessions. These papers serve as a platform for students to articulate their understanding of the intricate intersection between law and its practical manifestations, honing their analytical and critical thinking skills in the process.
