Dima Foremnyi is an entrepreneur, investor, and former legal professional with a diverse international background. He began his career in law, working as a lawyer at a Dutch law firm and within multinational corporations. He later transitioned into the startup and venture capital world, where he ran a legal tech accelerator at The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), co-led the global Legal Hackers community, and organized over 50 events focused on legal innovation, startup pitches, and hackathons for lawyers and helped over 100 startups in their journey. He also co-founded a nonprofit dedicated to legal innovation and has lectured at universities in Ukraine and the Netherlands.
Since 2021, Dima has been a General Partner at 3X Capital, a venture fund investing in early-stage Web3 startups. He also leads internal initiatives such as Venture Launch, an acceleration and fundraising platform for Solana-based projects. In addition, he serves as the Ukrainian Hub Leader for the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP), supporting developer adoption and ecosystem growth.
Dima holds a Master’s degree with distinction in International Business Law from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. For more than a decade, he has been building bridges between law, technology, and entrepreneurship, bringing an interdisciplinary mindset to every project he joins.
