» Pre-LL.M. Experience: Master of Law with Honors (2019) at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Ukraine). My journey-in-law started with the University's Legal Clinic, where I assisted a clinical professor in providing pro bono legal aid to vulnerable groups to facilitate their access to justice. The next career adventure took me to a tech-industry law firm and helped to build my specialization in business transactions, privacy, and information security compliance. Continuing this trajectory as an in-house lawyer, I gained additional policymaking and AI compliance expertise at a MarTech product. I have been actively contributing to public projects related to data privacy, LegalTech, and AI governance with Kyiv Legal Hackers, Legal Innovations, and IT Ukraine NGOs.
» What I'm looking forward to at CGSL: Besides the common objectives, I aim to advance AI area-specific expertise and build professional interdisciplinary connections. This will allow me to contribute to the AI regulatory environment in Ukraine, making it attractive for upcoming industry-related investments, which will help amplify the national economy affected by the inexcusable Russian military aggression.
» Interests & Hobbies: I enjoy building and being engaged in knowledge-sharing events, gathering people with diverse experiences. To keep all my thoughts in order, I prefer mind-relaxing experiences like hiking, Sadhu board meditation, and other ecological spiritual practices.

» Pre-LL.M. Experience: Before commencing my LL.M. at Católica Global School of Law, I lived and studied in the charming university town of Münster. I recently completed my First State Exam in Law, with a specialization in European Law. Throughout my academic journey, I gained substantial practical experience through internships at various law firms and within the public administration sector. Additionally, I taught European and German Public Law and Fundamental Rights at the University of Münster to second-semester students, worked as a legal correction assistant at a private examination institute, and volunteered for a human rights project as a research assistant. Alongside these endeavours, I worked remotely as a content creator for a social media company in Frankfurt and spent winter seasons as a skiing instructor.
» What I'm looking forward to at CGSL: Having already studied European Law during my first state exam, I now seek to further broaden my expertise in transnational law by pursuing the LL.M. in International Business Law at Universidade Católica, one of the most prestigious universities in the field of business and economics in Europe. This LL.M. program offers me the opportunity to delve into a field that I was unable to fully explore during my previous studies, while also providing a perspective on the global practice of law through interaction with the highly diverse student body at Católica. I am really looking forward to engaging with peers from different continents and backgrounds, enriching my understanding of how law is perceived and practiced beyond Germany, and perfecting my use of legal English. I am confident that these experiences will greatly benefit my future career.
» Interests & Hobbies: I have been playing field hockey since I was four years old, but I also enjoy a variety of other sports, including skiing, football, running, and working out at the gym. During my time in Lisbon, I am eager to add surfing to that list. Beyond sports, I am passionate about travelling, and I love spending quality time with friends and family, whether it's enjoying a coffee or a drink or just soaking up the sun outdoors.
