The 2026 edition of the Digital Constitutionalism Academy will take place in Florence, Italy, from 9 to 10 April 2026.
Since its foundation, the Academy has fostered collaboration and provided a platform for scholars interested in analyzing the legal challenges arising from the use of digital technologies. The sixth edition will focus on the interplay between digital regulation and governance, examining how public law and private law shape the evolving digital landscape.
Over two days, scholars, policymakers, and experts from diverse backgrounds will share their insights and exchange ideas.
- Day 1 will feature a conference exploring the changing dynamics of digital regulation, with particular emphasis on the roles of public and private regulatory actors.
- Day 2 will host the Training School, offering interactive sessions led by leading scholars and practitioners.
The 2026 Academy aims to enhance participants’ understanding of digital regulation and governance, foster interdisciplinary dialogue, expand professional networks, and inspire new collaborative research initiatives.
