The Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law will be hosting the Católica Graduate Legal Research Conference - Law and Crises on 22 June.
We welcome submissions from Ph.D. and postdoctoral researchers on the following topics:
- Rule of law crisis in national, regional or international settings;
- Law of conflict and of humanitarian protection;
- Technology development as a response to crisis and its legal implications;
- Globalism in crisis and legal challenges to economic coordination;
- Climate crisis, energy crisis and models for transition and sustainability;
- Regulation of health policy and coordination;
- Crisis in legal science and jurisprudence;
- The decline of public law versus the rise of private agreements
Submit your abstract (500 words max.) and short bio (100 words max.) to catolicagraduatelrconference@gmail.com, until 31 March.
