On 7 March at 6:30 pm (Lisbon time), Católica Global School of Law and the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law will host the event 'Conversations on Law in Action.' This will be the first event of a new series where a guest speaker will share his or her experience on law in action, in conversation with a faculty member from Católica Global School of Law.

She studied law at Tel Aviv University, earning LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. degrees, and did postgraduate research at Harvard University. Before being appointed to the Supreme Court, she served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University.
In a conversation moderated by Miguel Poiares Maduro, Dean and VdA Chair in Digital Governance at Católica Global School of Law, Daphne Barak-Erez will talk, among other topics, about her experience serving as a judge.
