Brexit has been the defining issue of EU Law since 2016 - and everything suggests that it will keep that position for the new years (or even decades). The goal of this seminar is to study and debate the alternative chances to deliver Brexit (both from an institutional and a substantive perspective), and what are the possibilities open for a future relation between the European Union and the United Kingdom.
