Coordinator and Lecturer at Católica | Lisbon School of Law’s Tax Post-Graduate Qualifications, where he is a Teaching Assistant and is pursuing his Doctoral Degree. Executive-Head of the journal Fiscalidade (Taxation) and is an arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitral Centre. He was a Visiting Researcher the University of New York (International Tax Program) in 2010. He has an Undergraduate Degree (2000) and Master’s Degree (2004) in Law from the School of Law of Univerisdade de Lisboa, where he was a Teaching Assistant from 2000 to 2009. He has published various articles in Portuguese and foreign scientific journals. He is co-author of “The Angolan Tax Law Manual” (2010), with Professor Saldanha Sanches, with whom he collaborated both professionally and academically (2003-2010).
