Dima Foremnyi is an entrepreneur, investor, and lecturer working at the intersection of technology, AI, venture capital, and law. He is the Founder and CEO of Ironlane.ai, an AI infrastructure company building tools that help companies run and manage AI across multiple models and providers. Since 2021, he has also been a Partner at 3x Capital, investing in and supporting early-stage technology companies.

Dima began his career as a lawyer, working in Ukraine and the Netherlands before moving into entrepreneurship and innovation. He later led a startup accelerator and innovation hub at The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), co-founded Legal Innovations NGO, helped build the Kyiv Legal Hackers community, and organized more than 50 startup, legal innovation, and hackathon events. Over the years, he has worked with and supported more than 100 early-stage startups.

Alongside building and investing in companies, Dima teaches Startup Law and Entrepreneurship at Católica Global School of Law and has lectured at universities in Ukraine and the Netherlands.

He holds an LL.M. with distinction in International Business Law from Tilburg University. His work combines practical experience as a lawyer, founder, investor, and startup operator, with a particular interest in how emerging technologies reshape companies, industries, and the legal environment.
