In this seminar we will discuss the nature, characteristics and challenges of leadership using examples from different movies and TV series. Each session will start with one or more clips from movies or TV series selected to trigger a discussion on particular topics on leadership.
We will address questions such as:

- What are the characteristics of successful leadership, from charisma to social or analytical skills?
- Does successful leadership depend on context?
- What are the instruments of leadership?
