This programme provides an exceptional opportunity for scholars to engage in cutting-edge research and contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship from a global perspective. As a Ph.D. candidate at Católica, you will benefit from a dynamic academic environment and comprehensive institutional support, including:

Of the five available positions, three scholarships will be awarded to the top-ranked applicants. These scholarships cover a four-year, full-time period of study.
- One scholarship is sponsored by the Consumer Empowerment Project and is intended for a candidate pursuing research in consumer rights, with a particular focus on the green and/or digital transitions.
- Two scholarships extend to all other areas of the law.
The programme will commence in January 2027, and the application deadline is 31 May 2026.
