Clementina Laura Cezzi

Bio

She graduated in European, Transnational and Comparative Law in 2017 from the University of Trento, after spending nine months in the UK and six months in Hungary as part of the Erasmus project.

During her studies, she became passionate about the field of intellectual property law, later gaining relevant working experiences at firms, public institutions and a major multinational corporation, as well as obtaining a master’s degree on this topic from the University LUISS Guido Carli, Rome, in 2021.

She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2021 and collaborates, as a Subject Expert, with the Chair of Private Law at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, since 2023.

As of 2022, she is enrolled in a Ph.D. course of study in Law at the University Rovira i Virgili, Tarragona.
