LL.M. Course Selection | 2026-2027

Please choose your courses from the list below. Before making your selection, take some time to re-read the following rules carefully.


  • You must enroll in at least 60 ECTS, including a minimum of 50 ECTS from the curriculum of your LL.M. programme.
     
  • The Skills Seminars are part of the curriculum of the three programmes and they all count towards the minimum numbers mentioned above.
     
  • Some courses are part of the curriculum of more than one LL.M. programme. If you are enrolling in one such course, please select it only once. Example: If you are a student in the LL.M. International Business Law and you are interested in taking the ‘Digital Taxation’ course, which is part of both the International Business Law and the Law in a Digital Economy curricula, select only the course in the International Business Law list.
     
  • As long as you respect the minimum requirements of your programme, you are free to choose as many courses from the other programmes as you wish. There is no maximum number of credits you can take.
     
  • The ‘Tech for Lawyers’ Bootcamp is available only for Law in a Digital Economy students, for whom it is mandatory. If you are a Law in a Digital Economy student, please select it in the list below nonetheless.

    Please note: The 'Tech  for Lawyers' Bootcamp' is not available to Exchange students, even if they have selected the Law in a Digital Economy programme.
     
  • For operational reasons all seminars have a maximum number of students. Skill Seminars are limited to 60 students while all other seminars are limited to 40 students.​
     
  • If you enroll in a given course, you will be required to attend the course’s classes, under penalty of having your absence recorded in the final LL.M. transcript. You are nonetheless free not to take the exam in the end, in which case you will naturally not obtain the course credits.
     
  • Before the start of Term 02 and Term 03,  there will be a window in which you will be able to make adjustments in your selection for the remainder of the academic year. 
     
  •  Term 2:  December 21 to 23
  • Term 3: March 19 to 21
     
  • If you are interested in obtaining the Master of Transnational Law (MTL), you have to select at least 30 ECTS from the MTL curriculum, as well as the Legal Research seminar. You will find the indication “(MTL)” after the name of those courses.
     
  •  After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic email with your selection.
