The digital interconnectivity and the on-goings technological developments are posing severe threats to the legal system. In particular, the impact of blockchain, artificial intelligence, the unparallel collection of data, the widespread use of technological devices and the breaking of territorial boundaries is forcing the legal system(s) to rethink its very foundations. The aim of this seminar is to provide an overview of this impact withj regards to specific legal issues.
