Economics of Digitation

We live in an increasingly digital economy. Information technology has already transformed almost every market and the Internet of Things and advances in Artificial Intelligence will further lead to important changes throughout the value chain of individual firms and across a large variety of sectors. The course Economics of Digitization introduces students to the fundamental economic concepts, challenges, and opportunities of digitization. The overarching aim is to prepare students for careers in industry/consulting and/or dissertations in this field.
