Luís Heleno Terrinha holds a LL.B. from the Portuguese Catholic University (2010), a Ph.D. in Public Law from the University of Lisbon (2016) and a LL.M. from Yale Law School (2019). He was a Lecturer at the Porto Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, teaching courses on Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and European Union Law. His research employs sociological theory to better grasp the dynamics of Public Law in contemporary society. He has advised private and public entities on legal issues of his expertise. He is a qualified Attorney (Portuguese Bar) and is currently concluding an internship in International Arbitration at the Paris office of Shearman&Sterling.
