Anastasiia Kyrylenko, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral researcher at the Católica Global School of Law within Horizon Europe project "Promoting Fairness of the Music Ecosystem in a Platform- Dominated and Post-Pandemic Europe" (Fair MusE). Anastasiia wrote her thesis at the Universities of Alicante and Strasbourg, under a full-time Horizon 2020 MSCA scholarship (EIPIN Innovation Society). There, she examined intellectual property provisions under Association Agreements between the EU and Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. Anastasiia’s research interests include EU trade agreements, geographical indications, and design law. Thanks to a Marie Curie Alumni Association grant, she wrote the handbook “EU Design Law: Theory and Practice”, which was published in Ukrainian in open access for local policymakers. She also acted as policy adviser to the Ukrainian government in matters of intellectual property reform (2020-2022).
