How does law change behaviour? What do we know about behaviour change? How to design more effective public policies? Psychological insights can give us important knowledge and tools to make better laws and better policies. We are going to discuss this link, understand how psychology can help us shape behavioural change, the most important theories and discuss some applied examples, good practices and recommendations for action.

The featured guest for this edition is Francisco Miranda Rodrigues, a specialist psychologist, consultant in organizational development and behaviour, culture, leadership, personal and team effectiveness. He has top management experience, in general, and specifically in the domain of human resources, quality, environment, and health and safety at work.
