Corporate Law and Economics

2 ECTS / 12h / English

Law students are used to consider corporate phenomena from a purely legal perspective. However, corporations in general they work within economic markets, and therefore act as economic agents. In this sense, a better understanding of the legal framework and regulation of the corporate phenomena requires a combined approach from law and economics. That is the core of this seminar.
